1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of Petsify.eu, operated by Petsify Limited. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the Platform

Petsify acts as an intermediary, connecting users and vendors. We do not own or operate pet services.

3. Account Registration

Users must be 18+ and provide accurate information. Petsify may suspend accounts with false or misleading data.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must provide accurate listings, maintain insurance and licenses, respond promptly, and manage refunds according to policy.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must act lawfully, provide accurate details, not misuse reviews or messages, and honor payments and cancellations.

6. Payments, Fees & Payouts

Payments are handled via Stripe Connect. Petsify charges service fees and transfers payouts directly to vendors.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are governed by vendor policies. Petsify may mediate disputes but is not responsible for refunds.

8. Reviews & Ratings

Reviews are permitted only after verified bookings. Petsify may remove defamatory or false reviews.

9. Intellectual Property

All Petsify branding, content, and technology are property of Petsify Limited. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Petsify provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties about vendor services or uninterrupted access.

11. Limitation of Liability

Petsify is not liable for vendor-related damages. Liability is limited to the service fee for the affected transaction.

12. Termination

Petsify may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or illegal activity.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union. Disputes fall under the District Court of Nicosia.
